Training and Licencing
Licencing for Security Officers came into effect across England and Wales on 20th March 2006. It is now illegal to work as a Security Officer without an SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence. All of our staff have completed the required four day training course; Security Guarding and Conflict Management BTEC Award and hold an SIA Licence. This Licence is worn at all times whilst on duty.
We believe in positively managing our staff, including regular visits and training from our management team and inspectors 24 hours a day, ensuring their vigilance, encouraging motivation with regular assessments to give the best performance.
Our stringent interviewing, vetting and selection process ensures that our guards fulfil your requirements. Training a certain guard for a specific site not only gives continuity in itself but provides the guard with an interest with the clients company.
