We provide a Key Holding service for both commercial and residential properties. Our Mobile team are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. False alarm activations are both inconvinient and a burden, but if they are real intrusions it becomes more serious. Our service can minimise disruption and eliminate risk to the client by attending the premise for you.

In the event of alarm activation, the monitoring station will inform our control centre. All of our vehicles are fitted with tracker systems which enables the controller to locate the nearest security officer to the property ensuring a quick response time. The Mobile security officer will then check the property to try to establish a cause for the activation. In the case of a false alarm, the premise will be secured and the alarm reset. In the case of a serious incident we will liase with police officers and obtain full details for insurance claims or any other reporting matter.
